The Meeting Hall is the largest space in the Conference & Education Center at approximately 6800 sq. ft. It provides the greatest flexibility with three electric retractable walls that can opened or closed to customize the space based on the functionality of the meeting or size of the group.
This room boasts a plug in play system in both the front and rear to accommodate a variety of audio/visual needs. Floating granite counters are used for in-room catering or client materials. Floor plugs make the space ideal for expos and trade shows. Add our portable staging and suddenly your presenter is the center of attention.
Lighting controls can be customized for A/V presentations, with dimming and adjusting of the various LED fixtures throughout the room.
For special events, our Event Services staff can provide specialty table linens, centerpieces, colored lighting, dance floors, pipe and drape, and even music.
